About Me

As a thirty-year fashion pioneer, New Yorker magazine called me a “fixture” in the plus industry, and spotlit me as the center figure in their groundbreaking feature article,“The Plus Side”. 

Over the span of my career, I have passionately supported growth through the creative spectrums of modeling, acting on stage and screen; as the marketing and creative director for a plus fashion magazine and by launching a curves division at a Manhattan modeling agency. As a top plus model, I have modeled for many of the world’s most recognizable brands like Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstroms and Tommy Hilfiger.

Television and entertainment became a passion as I evolved from modeling for shows like The View, the Today Show, and CBS This Morning, to using my voice as an industry advocate on such shows as the Ricki Lake Show, the Montel Williams Show, and Good Morning America.

Ushering in a New Paradigm of the Way We Work

After 30 years I jumped from being in front of the camera to behind. Fueled by the mission to make a positive impact on people and the planet, my husband and I opened our boutique, Undeland Management.

I imagined a world where people’s careers were in alignment with their deepest calling. More joy. More fulfillment. More peace.

Standing on the foundational value of kindness above all, I do not practice the traditional, competitive, cut-throat approach to talent development. My belief is, “if you are wired with a dream, you everything you need to realize it”. Working with my select group of talent, the success of this new paradigm is clearly evident, as my heart-centered and mission-driven family of talent are making their dreams come true.
